What is your return and refund policy?
We only accept returns or refunds:
1. You received a defective product
2. We sent the wrong product
3. Your item arrived significantly damaged during delivery (with photo proof)
Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order for assistance. For hygiene reasons, we strictly do not accept returns or exchanges due to change of mind by customers.
Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
If you need to make order changes or cancellations, please contact us as soon as possible. We’ll do our best to assist before your order is processed for shipping. Once shipped, we are unable to modify or cancel the order.
Do you have a physical store?
Currently, Twilight Care is available exclusively online (Website, TikTok, Shopee).
We do not have a physical retail store at this time. Stay tuned as we grow and expand in the future!
