Where do you ship to?

We currently ship within Singapore only.

How long does shipping take?

Orders are usually processed within 1–2 business days.
Delivery typically takes 2–5 business days depending on your location in Singapore.
Please note that shipping timelines are estimates and may vary during peak seasons.

What is your return and refund policy?

We only accept returns or refunds:
1. You received a defective product
2. We sent the wrong product
3. Your item arrived significantly damaged during delivery (with photo proof)
Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order for assistance. For hygiene reasons, we strictly do not accept returns or exchanges due to change of mind by customers.

Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?

If you need to make order changes or cancellations, please contact us as soon as possible. We’ll do our best to assist before your order is processed for shipping. Once shipped, we are unable to modify or cancel the order.

Do you have a physical store?

Currently, Twilight Care is available exclusively online (Website, TikTok, Shopee).
We do not have a physical retail store at this time. Stay tuned as we grow and expand in the future!

We also do not use alcohol that would be harmful or drying to the skin.

Can I use your products during my period?

Yes, you can safely use our intimate care products during your period, unless you are experiencing unusual sensitivity or irritation. Always listen to your body and discontinue use if you feel any discomfort.
