Shipping policy

  1. Shipping Coverage
    We currently ship within Singapore and to selected international destinations via our logistics partner, EasyParcel. All orders are processed and fulfilled from Singapore.

Please ensure that your shipping information is accurate. We will not be responsible for delivery failures or delays due to incorrect or incomplete address details provided during checkout.

  1. Shipping Rates

  • Singapore: Flat rate of SGD $4 per order

  • International: Flat rate of SGD $5 to $15, depending on destination

  • Free shipping is available for orders above SGD $80 (after discounts and before shipping fees)

We do not offer self-collection or pickup options at this time.

  1. Order Processing
    Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays. During peak periods, processing may take slightly longer, but we aim to dispatch all orders as promptly as possible.

You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped.

  1. Delivery Timeframes

  • Singapore: 2–4 business days from dispatch

  • International: 7–14 business days from dispatch, depending on destination and customs processing

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors such as customs delays, courier disruptions, or peak-season congestion.

  1. Tracking Information
    Once your order has been shipped, a tracking number will be sent to your registered email. You may use this tracking number to monitor your delivery status through the courier’s tracking platform.

If you do not receive tracking information within 3 days of placing your order, please contact us at twilightcaresg@gmail.com.

  1. Customs, Duties & Taxes (for International Orders)
    International shipments may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, and other fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are not included in your purchase total and are the responsibility of the recipient.

Please check with your local customs office for more information. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance processes.

  1. Undeliverable Packages & Re-delivery
    If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address, failed delivery attempt, or refusal to accept, we will contact you to arrange for re-delivery. Additional shipping fees may apply.

We do not offer refunds for unclaimed or rejected packages.

  1. Lost or Stolen Packages
    Once an order is marked as “Delivered” by the courier, we are not liable for any lost, stolen, or misplaced parcels. We recommend selecting a secure delivery address and ensuring someone is available to receive the parcel. However, please contact us regarding this so we can investigate on this issue for you. 

  2. Shipping Delays
    While we strive to fulfill every order within the stated timeframe, shipping delays may occasionally occur due to weather disruptions, courier issues, or unexpected demand surges. We appreciate your understanding and patience in such cases.
