Refund policy
Your comfort and care mean everything to us. Because our products are intimate in nature, we maintain a strict return policy to protect the health, hygiene, and safety of our customers.
When Returns/Refunds Are Accepted:
We accept returns or issue refunds only under the following conditions:

You received a defective or damaged product.

We sent you the wrong item.

Your order was significantly damaged during delivery.
To be eligible, the item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging. All return requests must be made within 3 days of receiving your order. You must provide a clear photo or video proof of the issue.

When Returns/Refunds Are Not Accepted:
Due to the personal and hygienic nature of our products, we do not accept returns or offer refunds in the following cases:

Return Shipping
If your return is approved, we will provide the return address and next steps. Return shipping is only covered if the mistake was on our end (wrong, damaged, or defective item). Unauthorised returns will not be accepted.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we’ll notify you of the outcome. If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 10 business days. (Please allow time for your bank to post the refund.)
